Had Enough Of Annoying Fruit Flies? Trap ’Em!
They’re tiny, but they’re pesky! So set one of these traps near your fruit bowl for an easy, effective, and unobtrusive way to keep them out of your hair and out of your bananas! (By the way, they also like baked goods).
All-natural, non-toxic bait entices them into the trap and once inside they can’t escape. End of fruit fly. End of annoyance.
Placed in areas of fruit fly activity or close to suspected breeding sources, the Fruit Fly Trap captures the flying pests with a safe and odorless glue. Fruit flies (as well as other small flies) are attracted to the bright coloration of the trap.
Attach the trap to the inside lid of garbage cans, dumpsters or compost bins to capture adult flies before they breed. Dispose of traps when full of flies or after 3 months.
Fruit flies, also known as vinegar flies, feed and breed in fruits and vegetables. Adult flies are attracted to ripe or overripe fruit and lay their eggs on or near them. New flies can emerge in 8 to 10 days in the summer. The flies are especially attracted to garbage, compost or fermenting products.
Long term use of the Fruit Fly Trap will greatly reduce the numbers of breeding adult flies in the area. Proper inspection for and elimination of any possible breeding sites will give you total elimination of flies.
These traps combine the power of fly pheromones and special ultraviolet bulbs to pull annoying flies from designated areas to the traps where they are captured on special, replaceable glue pads.
